Hansa.RE joins the Alliance of Real Estate Developers

The real estate investment fund Hansa.RE has taken an important step forward by joining the Alliance of Real Estate (ARED).

Joint effort for long-term development of the sector 

The decision was taken to facilitate the overall long-term development of the Fund and the entire real estate sector in Latvia by representing industry opinion on a regular basis, at both national and municipal level.

The Alliance of Real Estate Developers (ARED) bridges decision makers and representatives of the real estate sector – being part of it allows the team of Hansa.RE to highlight the importance of real estate development role across Latvia.

Mr. Daniils Ruļovs, CEO&partner of Hansa.RE, comments the step of real estate investment fund Hansa.RE joining the ARED:

We took a decision to join the Alliance of Real Estate Developers to ensure that industry related issues, important matters, outlooks and opinions, including of the Fund, are voiced to corresponding public authorities so that these are reviewed on a regular basis for the good of all stakeholders and the Fund. 

What is the ARED?

The Alliance of Real Estate Developers (ARED) was founded as an association to unite major participants within the sector. One of the core goals of ARED is achieving sustainable growth of the real estate sector by representing industrial interests in a structured and unified manner on a national and municipal level, as well as updating the role of real estate developers in the economy of Latvia.

~100 real estate projects have been developed nationwide over the years of duration of the alliance.

LLC (SIA) Hansa.RE is an investment manager founded with the goal to invest in real estate objects both in Latvia and the Baltic states for commercial purposes.
