We previously informed that the real estate investment fund Hansa.RE has put into operation the 5-storey residential and 3-storey office building located at 19 Elijas Street. At this point in time, the entire space has been leased, which confirms the attractiveness of the unit on the market, predominantly led by favourable location, ergonomics, functionality and modern solutions employed.

Lease area of the property exceeds 1,400 m2, offering 29 apartments in total:

• 5 three-room apartments;
• 10 two-room apartments;
• 14 one-room apartments.

Apartments are fully furnished and rented out for a period from 1 to 3 years.

After the purchase of the building at 19 Elijas Street, investments were made to improve its technical and visual condition, including but not limited to:

• Roofing was replaced;
• Facade was renovated, including heat insulation of the building;
• Internal premises were refurbished – safe and modern communication network introduced
